Purpose of the site and no advice

The site calculates, free of charge, the estimated output, self-consumption, savings, export income and payback of a solar system from public data and the visitor’s inputs. These results are estimates: they are not a quote, an offer, a production guarantee or personal advice. The site is independent: it is affiliated with no government body, nor the energy regulator (CRE), EDF, Enedis or any installer, uses no official logo, sells nothing and passes on no contact details. Only your quote, purchase contract and bill are binding. Method and limits: method.

Reused data

Solar output: PVGIS 5.3, © European Union, Joint Research Centre, reused under the Commission’s reuse policy (decision 2011/833/EU) with the source stated; values were sampled on a grid and assigned to communes by the publisher. Consumption profiles: Enedis, “Coefficients des profils”, reused under the Licence Ouverte 2.0 (Etalab), processed by the publisher into a self-consumption table. Communes and coordinates: the administrative boundaries API (geo.api.gouv.fr), same licence. Tariffs and rules: texts published on Légifrance, CRE deliberations, the Tarif Bleu price grid and Service Public guidance. Price benchmarks: figures published by a private comparison site, quoted with their source as estimates.

Limits of liability

Data is read automatically and checked, with no guarantee of being error-free or always available. The publisher cannot be held liable for a decision taken solely on the basis of an estimate shown here. Errors can be reported through the contact page.

Intellectual property

Text, graphics and code are protected and remain the publisher’s property; short quotations are allowed with a link to the original page.
